“So far, my sister and I have had a great experience so far living at the PPM residence on West Addison. After working with several sketchy leasing agencies in college, I was a bit nervous to be working with another leasing agency.

However, renting with PPM has been an exceptional experience so far. Not only is the price a reasonable for the location, and affordable in today's market A which is rare- you can really tell that PPM values its tenants.

To start with- the customer service has been excellent so far. I had a situation with a car lease prior to move in in September, and it was swiftly taken care of.

Our building manager/ engineer, John Strain has been absolutely fantastic so far, and has taken care of and been extremely helpful with any situation that has arisen.

PPM also values feedback from its customers- a bunch of residents in my building gave feedback on things to improve- one being a digital coin service for the laundry machines- and a month later, PPM started using a digital coin system.

My other favorite thing is no outrageous or hidden fees- or pet fees.

I think the highlight was receiving the renewal offer today, and having a low but reasonable increase in rent. There's so many places price gouging and dramatically increasing rent it seems too good to be true, but it's not.
