PPM apartments does not require pet fees or a pet deposit!
Yes! Every one of our 32 apartment buildings include on-site maintenance. Our dedicated staff is available seven days a week at all properties. All locations also have access to 24-hour emergency assistance with our emergency line.
Parking is offered at most of our buildings. If there is no parking at a property, we can accommodate you at a nearby PPM building. Parking is available to PPM residents only.
Our buildings have GREAT access to CTA busses and trains. Almost all of our buildings are a short walk away from Red, Purple and Brown line trains and have 24 hour busses nearby too!
Generally, PPM requires a 12-month lease minimum. However, we do work with other lease options on a case by case basis. We also have sublet offerings, which are available at various times throughout the year.
A completed rental application, first month’s rent, application fees, proof of income, and valid picture ID. Instead of a security deposit, there is also an administration fee due along with the first month’s rent. This fee varies depending on the building.
We strive to make moving in as painless as possible. Most of our buildings include spacious freight elevators, which must be reserved ahead of time. The onsite engineers or customer service managers will be on hand to provide you with your keys prior to moving in.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can mail it to our corporate office at 1333 N. Kingsbury Suite 301 Chicago, IL 60642. You can also pay online through your personal online portal, which is found on our residents page. This convenient service offers a variety of ways to pay your rent online. (Please note: the online portal has service fees that differ for each payment option.)
All of our buildings offer choices from AT&T Fiber, Comcast Xfinity and RCN.
