“So far, my sister and I have had a great experience so far living at the PPM residence on West Addison. After working with several sketchy leasing agencies in college, I was a bit nervous to be working with another leasing agency.

However, renting with PPM has been an exceptional experience so far. Not only is the price a reasonable for the location, and affordable in today's market A which is rare- you can really tell that PPM values its tenants.

To start with- the customer service has been excellent so far. I had a situation with a car lease prior to move in in September, and it was swiftly taken care of.

Our building manager/ engineer, John Strain has been absolutely fantastic so far, and has taken care of and been extremely helpful with any situation that has arisen.

PPM also values feedback from its customers- a bunch of residents in my building gave feedback on things to improve- one being a digital coin service for the laundry machines- and a month later, PPM started using a digital coin system.

My other favorite thing is no outrageous or hidden fees- or pet fees.

I think the highlight was receiving the renewal offer today, and having a low but reasonable increase in rent. There's so many places price gouging and dramatically increasing rent it seems too good to be true, but it's not.

"Living at 100 W Chestnut has been nothing short of wonderful. Beautiful neighborhood and nice community. The building and location are fantastic. But what makes this place truly special is the staff. Ella at the front door really really really cares about residents, she made the place feel like home since day 1. Iovi, Ruben, Sedad and Marcel are absolute heroes—whenever something at the apartment needs work, they come solve it the same day, within an hour or two. Dajana is extremely helpful and efficient. She always drops whatever she's doing to help out. Teairia is very kind and always willing to help when looking for something at the package room. Reggie, the new doorman, makes the building feel safe at all times. Moving out I had people over at my place to pick up some furniture—during that time Reggie came along with us to make sure everyone was safe and also gave us a hand moving the heavier stuff.
