One unique restaurant happens to be located in a unique location making this spot a must try. Park Grill, located right at Millennium Park under Cloud Gate, or as we Chicagoan’s call the Bean. What makes Park Grill so unique is that the front changes from the summer to the winter. In the summer you can expected an extended dining area and a beer garden.
In the winter you get a front row seat to the Millennium Park ice skating rink open every day from 8:00am – 11:00pm. If you have your own skates it free to hope on the ice and only 4 dollar rentals if you don’t. So let’s go ahead and dig into what Park Grill has to offer!
Truffle and Mushroom Parmesan
We all loved the truffle and mushroom hand-pulled flat bread with Parmesan, arugula, forest mushrooms and red wine reduction – the crust was crispy and perfect!
