HOT DIGGITY DOG! New Dog Digs at 1000 N. La Salle!

Everyone who is anyone came to the PPM barbecue, and they even brought their owners! Thursday’s event was in celebration of the Grand Opening of the new Private Dog Park at 1000 N. La Salle, the pet-friendliest building in the Gold Coast.
Customer Service Manager, Victoria Hoelzeman, served up food and drinks, while Building Engineer/ Master BBQ Chef, Danny Hosu, was slinging burgers, brats and hot dogs on the grill.
Doggie Make-over Artist, April, from the Ritz Kennel Club was on hand to give the dogs a little primping and pampering so they could impress all of their friends.
Though each dog received treats and attention, a few were awarded with gift certificates and gift baskets. “Loudest Bark” went to Watson. “Highest Jump” went to Maggie. “Most Talented” went to Morgan for her Sit, Beg, and Shake. “Best Dressed” was awarded to Annie, who looked adorable in her leather jacket, riding chaps and hot pink sunglasses!
Just when we thought the night was about to end, Christine from the Antique Coach and Carriage Company pulled up to the park with her horse-drawn carriage. All the puppies got a chance to pose in the carriage, or take a ride around the neighborhood.
Dan McDonough, of PPM, was there organizing the event. “We listened to our residents’ priorities and we wanted to make their lives easier. There isn’t a public dog park in the area, so we created a private dog park here on the property. We want all of our tenants– even the furriest ones– to have the most luxurious and convenient lifestyle possible here. After all, this is their home, too!”
PPM would like to thank all who attended for making the night a great success! Stay tuned for more resident news and events!
